Android Seventeen departed from his friend 16, in search of the area, assuming more ground would be covered if they in fact split up.  
Seventeen desided to rethink things and search where he left earlier, Capsule Corp, and it's surrounding areas.  Flying above earthlings he saw good warriors being tought healing techniques by the little Namek named Dende.
On any other occassion he would decend and challenge their  abilities, however he was on a mission, to find those two "powerful" androids, and put them in their place...or die trying.
He passed over the recent tainted garden of senzus, snickering to himself as he flew over.
He landed near capsule corp, and began to look around, searching for any evidence of the two androids being there, or any distruction they may have brought to the area.
If the two were any other people he would have congratulated them, possibly even joined them...however he hated Gero, and would do anything to get a shot at him.
He passed by the room where people were trained by channel and weild their ki, to create stronger blasts, something he had done some time ago, creating what seemed to be a force to be reckoned with on Earth, giving him a distinct advantage over other warriors, and making it wasier on himself during battles with non-warriors.
He searched intensely, looking in closets, by rocks, or near by establishments where the two could be hiding...

Tobias got a call on his cell phone from 17. His eyes got really wide and he started toward 2a. He shot thru as fast ad he could dodge rocks and mountains to find his way to 17.

It took him forever to get there even with his speed he flew and flew then realized he was going the wrong direction turned about and headed the right way he knew he had to get there in time he just had to even his speed wasn’t quite enough as he zoomed thru 1a past trees and mountains and Selphie he smiled as he passed her happy he got to spend some time with her before he had to go off to fight but sadly it didn’t last long 

"I’m not going to make it!" Tobias though out loud. He was just crossing the line between the squares now "gods I got to get there!!!" he yelled as he put on a burst of speed. He flew thru a city and quite nearly a building as he got closer to 17 and the androids his anxiety got the better of him as he thought ‘ what if I die in this selphie’ll be stuck with the twins alone! Aw it doesn’t matter better me than the earth eh?” he smiled and laid the speed on a little thicker quite close to 17. He stopped and looked around trying to sense 17 he knew he could he always was able when he was younger.

 He laughed as he saw him only a few miles away he burst on the speed and got there in no time flat.

"Hey 17 I’m here!" he said as he greeted his friend

PowerAdvantageLZ: Their efforts were not in vain, as 17 noticed the figure in the sky, watching them, and pointed it out to Tobias. They both sped off towards him, hoping that they had the power to destroy him before things got out of hand.
PowerAdvantageLZ: Two of the strongest fighters on Earth, against the greatest threat Earth has even known. This would certainly be a crucial match.
PowerAdvantageLZ: The white-skinned Android, #19, grinned widely as the pair approached it, giggling to itself at their vain attempts to stop it.
PowerAdvantageLZ: This would certainly be amusing.
PowerAdvantageLZ: As they rushed forward, they couldn't react as the white Android rushed towards them, a pair of energy balls in its hands, before slamming them into the faces of the fighters, who fell from the sky.
PowerAdvantageLZ: They landed lightly on the ground, while the Android followed suit, giggling and grinning all the while.

PowerAdvantageLZ: The infamous Dr. Gero.
PowerAdvantageLZ: "Well, #17, it seems that you've come far, surviving as long as you have against my #19."
PowerAdvantageLZ: "However, that will not be enough to survive this match."
PowerAdvantageLZ: #20 grins underneath his beard, as Tobias growls, knowing the situation to be growing more desperate by the second.

PowerAdvantageLZ: Unable to bring himself to death in futility, Tobias flew back to the Lookout as fast as he could.
PowerAdvantageLZ: The dust settled over the parts of 17, lying on the ground, as the other 2 took off.
PowerAdvantageLZ: However, Unbeknownst to everyone...
PowerAdvantageLZ: It was his Energy capabilities that saved him.
PowerAdvantageLZ: With energy draining into health, the 0-factor that denotes living creatures as being dead doesn't affect the elder Android.
PowerAdvantageLZ: Either that, or he was just lucky.
PowerAdvantageLZ: A few hours later, Android 16 flew down, and picked up the Android's parts, bringing him back to the Lookout, where a repair would be in order.
PowerAdvantageLZ: But what of the later events? Only time would tell....
